This card took me all afternoon. It's a good thing I like it after all that!
I don't have a Cuttlebug, so I did the embossing by hand with my Fiskars texture plates. I also don't have any scallop punches, so I cut the oval by hand with my Coluzzle template. Can you start to see why this sucker took so long?
I used the vellum mirroring method -- stamp one on one side, flip the vellum over and stamp the other image -- to get my kissing fishes. I colored the fishes with markers and then painted the back with an acrylic paint pen to make them opaque.
The sentiment on the outside of the card says, "nothin' fishy about it..." and the inside will say "Be my Valentine".

Very cute! Wow, what a-lot of work you put into this!
Great job on cutting out the scalloped oval - I have trouble just getting a circle to work with my coluzzle!
