To make this card I first punched a 1 1/4" square of Celery, painted it with Crystal Effects and arranged the roses on it. Then I painted a little more CE here and there on the roses and sprinkled it all with glitter. The frame was made with the two square punches and mounted on dimensional tape. I positioned the roses on the card first and mounted the frame over them.
These little paper roses and the ribbon were a gift from notimetostamp and I couldn't wait till after Christmas to use them. This card won't be mailed in an envelope, but I can certainly find other ways to get it to its destination! Thank you, Sharon! And thank you Roxi and Claudia for a great sketch!

I feel like going to a tea room after seeing this card. Very sweet and elegant. Love what you did with the roses, glitter and Crystal Effects. This is so nicely done.

How utterly charming and delightful! I love what you did with those paper flowers (brilliant!) and the sketch. Great touch with the tag corner and double rectangle punches, and that ribbon is gorgeous! Outstanding! TFS. Linda
