I've had this Magenta Poinsettia stamp for quite a while, meaning to make this into a layered ornament. Then I saw Labullard's Poinsettia here, and got a kick in the pants to get going on my own version! Gallery at Splitcoaststampers
Thank you Linda, for the inspiration!
This ornament is made from 4 layers of CS stamped, gold embossed, cut out, colored with Twinkling H2O's, then shaped and mounted with squares of foam tape between each layer. The center is done with Crystal Effects mixed with Bronze Gold Lumiere, and finally, the whole flower is embellished with Stickles.
Thanks for looking, and Happy Holidays, Everyone!
Maddy

This is just beautiful. I have made layered poinsettias before, but never even thought about make ornaments. I'm putting this in my favorites and making ornaments for next Christmas. If mine even resemble yours, I'll be thrilled. And I thank Linda also for posting this first. I have also added her ornament to my favorites. You are both so talented. linda
