Another one using the image I drew. If you look closely, you'll see some symbolism; there are three brads signifying the three nails He took on the cross. Also the burgundy panels form the shape of a cross.
The baby Jesus is hugging the lamb, signifying that He fully embraces His role as sacrificial Lamb on our behalf, in total submission to the Father.
I printed my original using computer onto watercolor cardstock, then watercolored it. I tore the edges, and glued it to a dark burgundy piece of cs.
This I popped up with foam pop dots (Wal Mart) onto a dark blue piece, and glued it onto the off white cs. I distressed the edges of the white cs and sponged the edges with Eggplant dye ink by Adirondack.

When I saw this card - I was like hey I don't remember seing this image in the catalog - LOL! This is excellent - beautiful and sweet all rolled into one!

Wow, oh Wow!! You drew that! I'm totally impressed and absolutely love this. You should submit that image to a rubber stamp company!! I love your symbolism and the coloring.
