I've always liked this Chickadee stamp, but never liked anything I did with it. I think I'm "getting there" with this card. The Chickadee was colored with Prismacolor pencils and Gamsol, then cut out and mounted with dimensionals on the background. I stamped the background boughs in two different colors of green, then took a sponge to fill in a little green, and to ink the sky (didn't want it too blue--it's kind of an overcast Winter morning).I used Liquid Applique for the snow. Judy, your little chickadee looks so happy on its snowy branch. Beautiful, beautiful BG for your chickadee. Your winter sky and gamsol blending is also just perfect. TFS

This is wonderful!! I love chickadees and I have a stamp I am working with, but WOW this is great!!!! Great job with coloring and the layout and the snow!
