The sentiment on this is stamped on vellum, then placed over the snowflake background. The snowflake was colored with Ballet and Brilliant Blue watercolor crayons after misting the stamp. For the border, I misted a small part of a sponge and applied watercolor crayon, tested the sponge on scratch paper until it wasn't so dark, then sponged as usual. The vellum is held on by the eyelets.
For the polyshrink charm, I punched out a giga scalloped circle in my clear shrink film, shrunk it, then stamped the small snowflake in White Stazon. It didn't stand out enough against the white underneath, so I sponged on some Ultramarine Stazon.
The picture is a little dark, the colors are much more vibrant IRL.
