We were told to start with a white card in honor of nurse's white uniforms and add color. Well, I did start with a standard sized white card -- you can see it. But I didn't like it -- so I cut off the completed card front and adhered it to a 5 1/2" square Cocoa base, and now I like it better -- I did add color in that way!!!
I think you may have had in mind lots of color to add POP to the plain white uniforms, but when I think of nurses, I think of soft, gentle and serene, so I made a subtle and serene card.
P.S. -- I'm editing this to add that I just realized I did this one wrong -- I didn't get the point until I started looking at what others did -- everything was supposed to be white to start with -- no colored paper was allowed -- so sorry!!! This is my 2nd try at a VSN challenge and I messed up already!!!
