The Inspiration photo we played from is in the link: Forums at Splitcoaststampers
I played off color, shapes and images.
The two outside panels are gold embossed, middle panel is stamped using markers for color and highlights added with VersaMark pen and gold embossing powder. All panels and squares are sponged. That gold and black border paper is actually a shiny leopard skin design that I knew if I hung onto it long enough Karen would find a way for me to use it! Trust me the little see of it is a good thing! The stamp positioner came in handy for all the images; the wheat is a much smaller image that it appears on the brown panel and brought it into the flower panel. I found some small birds and added to orange panelÂ…did you see the birds in the inspiration photo?

Very pretty Roxie! Love the colors and all the embossing. ....even the Leopard print. What little that shows frames this nicely. Also like the matted squares with center brad attached point to point. Nice job on the challenge.

Love the flowers and the wheat (I was looking for a stamp like that in my stash and couldn't find a thing!)
I really love the edge of diamond patterns and the hint of an exotic background paper. Gorgeous creation!

Rox, this is beautiful. I hoped you would do your added embossing spots. I missed seeing the birds and will have to go look. Your comment about hanging on to stuff for this challenge cracked me up because I find myself doing that now too !
