This card was published in the July/August edition of Paper Trends.
------
Started with no inspiration but the Sketch Challenge and the fact that I wanted to make a special birthday card for my best friend!
My fold up tab was a neat little discovery. I used the simplicity punch in all 4 corners before I had decided how to fold the flap - it made for some interesting triangle corners!
Lots of sponging and DTP with grey and saffron.
Wish I had stamped HB a little lower, but, c'est la vie! TFL and for the challenge.

This stopped me right in my tracks! I love it! I'm crazy about the colors and distressing, not to mention the great stamps, ideas and special touches. I can see why it was published. Congratulations!

This is the card I asked you about when I couldn't see it. I never did find the magazine. I am so glad you loaded it again. I printed it off now, so I have it. You have a great collection of art work. Love your style. Congrats.

Mona Lisa,
Thank you for inspiring me with this beautiful design and mostly for taking the time to share your how- tos. Your postings of your designs are true works of art and marketing vehicles for any company you feature in your designs!
