This is the 2nd card in my 3-card challenge with SweetMissDaisy using the Hip Hip Hooray set!
Some details:
-I am terrible at cutting straight frames which is why I chose to cut strips, stamp them, adhere them and THEN use Perfect layers to cut a PERFECT frame on the inside of the layers
-lay the image face down, draw a line of clear glue and lay the fishing line flat in the glue
-sandwich the fishing line between the frame layer and the card base
