That's a lot of stamp sets. I too would like to know how you have organized them on your shelves. I haven't found a way that really works for me yet. Also, those look like really sturdy bookshelves. Do you remember where you got them? Are they an ikea find too?

Hi everyone, thanks for your kind comments. I really love organizing and had a lot of fun with this room. In fact, I'd like to make a business out of it sometime. Here is how I organized my stamp sets.... I have a Casio EZ label printer and I reprinted labels to place on the side of each box with the lip of the box always on the right side. I used a white label with black ink as it's easier to read. On the bookcase on the left - 1st and 2nd shelves hold floral and nature type sets. 3rd shelf holds word and alphabet sets. 4th shelf holds shapes and small background and border sets.
2nd book case, 1st shelf holds multiple purpose sets in two columns; ie, greetings galore, nice and easy notes, feathered friends etc (sets that include a stamp for birthday, thanks, etc.) 1st and 2nd shelf also hold general purpose stamps sets, with one column for beach related. 3rd shelf holds Christmas and one column for tag stamps. 4th shelf holds seasonal (easter, valentines etc.), and birthday, and animal/insect sets. My background stamps are stored on top of both bookcases. I will be getting another bookcase soon as I want to spread out a little and have room to grow.
I also labeled my stamp pads using clear tape with black ink as I wanted them to look neat and tidy and handwriting the color names wouldn't be so neat.
My room is still evolving. Yesterday I ordered a 60 pad holder from Sixxle as the shelves are removeable and I can organize my sizzix dies in it. I'll post a photo of that one when I'm done.
My wheels are in the plastic wheel cases. I did have the wooden reel holders from Walmart but I have a lot of wheels and I felt it would look too messy on the wall. So they will be on the new bookcase too. In the plastic drawers below the shelf that holds my scallop punches and brag book full of brass embossing templates, are some of my coloring tools in the top drawer and the other 5 drawers hold my non-SU stamps. These will be moved to the new bookcase too.
Thanks again for your comments!
