This was one of the projects we did at my giftables stamp camp last night. I had my FIL cut me a bunch of tag shaped pieces from a sheet of MDF board and DH pre drilled the holes for the screws/hinges. We used a Xyron to adhere the designer paper but Modge Podge would work as well. The calendar is removeable as is the photo so they can be changed out later. We used a brayer to color the chipboard. It was a fun project but a bit time consuming.

Thanks for all the comments. MDF is medium density fiberboard which you can get at Home Depot. A sheet of it was around 7.00 and I got 12 sets of frames from one sheet, so a real bargain. It measures about 5"X8". The calendar came from www.stamponthis.com, they run 3/1.00. The biggest pain was finding hinges and screws small enough as not to show through the back. I ended up finding some at Joannes. It is a fun project and makes a nice gift. I hope that answered all the questions.
