This card is part of a gift set I made for a friend. The main image is watercolored. To get the kind of aged, leathery look on the cardstock I smooshed same color ink all over with wadded up toilet paper (something I do all the time--it's my TP technique). The edges are sponged with Close to Cocoa. You may have to look closely to see the French Script stamped on the card front. I inked it up with Close to Cocoa and placed the cardstock on the face up stamp without too much pressure so it has a worn and faded look. This card has a Chocolate Chip base that was cut down to 1 1/2" on the front, and the other front panels were glued underneath that cut away part. It gives the card a bound look, like a journal. Too much information?
