Yesterday I had a play with Distress inks and the foxy oxi technique. I think, a while ago, it was featured in the WT; I didn't have any, I bought some afterwards but it's been sitting unopened all this time.
I used some heavier white paper, ink blended with Distress, spritzed with water and sprinkled on some oxy. Let it dry, lots of cool patterns and splotches.
When I saw today's sketch, I knew it would work for my tag. The background is some random acrylic paint thing, maybe a brayer off, I dry embossed it and put some Lunar Paste on it.
This is also for yesterday's tea party for Orion, a baseball loving Dad who is being treated for cancer. I have enough stars, don't you think?
Thanks for a super sketch and the challenge for Orion.

Your tag turned out beautifully with the foxy oxi technique, creating stunning patterns and textures. The addition of the Lunar Paste on the embossed acrylic paint background adds a captivating touch. It's wonderful to see your creativity shine through in support of Orion during his challenging time, and the abundance of stars is a perfect symbol of hope and encouragement.

You win the most stars. I have never heard of that technique but want to try it. Lovely card, Jean, and full of artsy fun elements as always. Hugz
