I love this stamp (COVER-A-CARD) by Diana Kowal, dkdesigns. It is called Sunset Sky but I made a night sky. You can make a sunset sky just by stamping oranges, yellows, or whatever you wish. The trees remain white. I wanted to put a moon behind the trees and I did that by using a circle punch, placing Frog Tape over a piece of cardstock and punching. Then, I removed the tape and placed it on the stamp for masking. This time instead of leaving the tape on the stamp I stamped my image and then removed the tape. Then, stamped again but not on the moon. I used the punched out moon cardstock and stamped. I did mask out a few limbs from Dina's stamp when I did the moon and had to color the moon leaving a white space for the trees. I did not want the trees behind the moon, of course. The moon is not with the stamp. Did anyone understand this? HA
The sentiment is Be Still from the Bible verse Be Still and Know That I Am God. Psalm 46:10

Yep, I understood and love how you have used both the stamp and your masking technique. That harvest moon against the stark black & white image just sizzles!
