I already had the shaving cream peice in my stash--I do a bunch at one time and get the mess overwith--then file the pieces until I am ready to use them. Had the image in mind to do and have loved the card done for another VSN by lacyquilter (isn't she amazing?!) so the mosaic came together pretty easily for me. The hard part was remembering to get the images mounted before it became a great big puzzle.
The speckles are something (probably EP) that was on my VersaMark pad--I'm glad they came off on this instead of something else. On this I think they look pretty cool.

I'm making some cards for gifts for my aunt and sister for their birthdays. I think I'm going to try this tonight so it can be included in their gifts. Was looking for a masculine card and this fits the bill. Thanks for the lovely idea.

People have been asking how I get the shaving cream to look like a sunset. This is my answer, hope it helps:
I dropped the reinkers with a sunset in mind. I dropped the Caramel wanting it to look like the ground, so I was careful not to stir the Caramel into the top part. I think most people try to stir/swirl it too much. I use a light touch, just enough to move the ink away from its original drop shape. It's not going to look like what you see before you dip it anyway. It's always a surprise to me what shows up on the paper. The rest is just luck. Some pieces are gorgeous and some are a mess.

Zowie......I'd like to get some lessons from you! You are a real pro with the shaving cream. What a beautiful card. This had to take a lot of time and patience. It's really great!!!!
