I always get so disappointed when the scanner does not show the colors of a card well. The roses are stamped with StazOn Black and colored using an Aqua Painter. Colors used for the roses are So Saffron, Pretty in Pink, and Cameo Coral. I also applied some Pearlex to the blossoms after they were colored using a Q-tip. I sprayed with Fixatiff to set the sheen.

This card is absolutely beautiful Carole. I was using the Pearls as well until I purchased the H2O's. Have you tried them? They are watercolors that come in a little pot that are dry. You just put a wet paintbrush in them, swirl around and paint over your image. They are translucent so your original color shines through, but with a beautiful irridescent finish on them. The best part is when dry, they don't smear and you don't need a fixative.
