Ways to Use it Challenge to be inspired by something in our Home Sweet Home. I looked around my home and saw the wrapping paper I had set on the table to wrap our son in law's birthday gifts. I was inspired by the colors. (Wrapping paper is displayed in the photo) Also, I was inspired by thoughts of our SIL. He and our DD live out of state so he is not in our home, but his gifts are on the table. He likes be outdoors, enjoys fishing & hunting so I stamped mountains, trees and water. I used Wink of Stella on the water so it glistens. He does amazing wood work represented with the wood embellishments. I stamped the sentiment directly on the wood piece. I think this card is a good one for him. Soon his gifts will be all wrapped up and on the way to him. Thanks Cathy for the challenge! Thanks for looking.

Really appealing outdoor card, made even more so by the story you told explaining the different elements and how they related to your SIL. Not only is this a lovely card with special design elements, like the wood pieces, it also shows how much you value and appreciate your SIL. Well done!

Gorgeous card! Diane, I'm thinking your sil must be so warmed by this great card! You have beautifully expressed so many of the things he loves .... woods and lakes as well as woodworking! Talk about a (hug) in an envelope!!
