I used a piece of bubble wrap to apply acrylic paint to my cardstock. Super easy to do...just dab away until you are happy with the coverage. When dry, I stamped the flowers with Versamark and white heat embossed them.

I'm amazed at all the gorgeous detail you get in your backgrounds, Karen. The white embossing looks fabulous against the beautiful vivid colors. Lovely card!
