I needed one more Father's Day card - for my Dad (already did my Uncle's and my FIL's) and today's Color Challenge was just the inspiration I needed (thanks OE!!!!)
Paisly was stamped in Eggplant Craft ink on Taken with Teal CS. I love love love having all the craft ink colors in spots!!! For the most part I don't like craft ink because it's messy and I don' have the patience for it to dry, but it is so wonderful to have any color available when I do want to use it, like today! For the black layer around the main image I used the Perfect Layers tool for the first time and it is really great for making the 1/8" border which I think is the hardest size to do by eye. Main image is stamped in Stazon on watercolor paper and colored with ink from markers (eggplant, teal and olive) with an aquapainter.

Wow Jami, You couldn't have chosen a better image to use with these colors.Turquoise was a big color for cars when I was a kid in the fifties and sixties. Ooops....now you know I am an old broad.
