The sketch was altered a bit on my card, Panel #3 became a waving banner set on an angle and panel #4, rather than being perhaps a place for a sentiment, was raised and became a dimensional jellyfish.
The background design was stamped with VM and then heat embossed with white. Thinned acrylic paints were used to color the jellyfish. It was spritzed with Mr. H's sprays to give a pearly sheen and flecks of gold (not captured in the photo). White ink was also spattered. The dimensional jellyfish was done the same way, only on vellum with tentacles of fiber and gold floss added.

This is so gorgeous! The background of the jellyfish is fabulous and that raised Jelly is hypnotic with its fiber and thread tentacles! The translucence of the vellum is key!
