After getting "stranded" in FL for 6 weeks, it was good to get back in the craft room, but I can't say my first attempt really wowed me. It just needed something but wasn't sure what. But I'm in the midst of packing up to move so didn't have a lot of time to figure it out. So I went to get an envelope and decided on a bright yellow one to go with the cute chicks. As I was walking back to my stamp table, I noticed a piece of bright yellow Bazzill textured cardstock. YES!!! Exactly what it needed. So I took the back off the original card, trimmed down the black mat layer and turned it into a 5.25" square card instead. I'm SOOOOOO much happier with this version.
Once again I am redeemed for being a messy crafter and not putting everything away when I finish a card.
TFL!

I hope your packing is going well Debbie and that you leave your craft supplies until last....that means they will be the first thing unpacked. Your gallery is the perfect "happy place".
