Color Challenge hosted by Stef with dessert of texture
Teapotters Challenge hosted by Polly for Sharon - I used a highlight of my home state of Arizona.
Things got started with finding this gold embossed and punched sentiment on Mango Melody cardstock. It was perfect for Sharon and my card. The challenge colors reminded me of a start of an Arizona sunset. I love to see the majestic Saguaro cactus silhouettes against a colorful horizon. After sponging the sunset with the three colors, I heat embossed the cactus. I tore the edge of a Crumb Cake scrap, dry embossed it with Subtle EF and sponged the tore edge.
Terrific challenges!
Praying for your recovery, Sharon!

What a stunning Arizona sunset card this is Diane with a wonderful heartfelt sentiment too. I swooned a bit when a saw this beautiful card in the gallery and my heart melted a bit when I read the sentiment so I know Sharon will truly appreciate this stunning card you made for her Diane. ~Karen.
Diane, your workmanship is wonderful! Gorgeous sunset scene! I fix didn’t have this in person, I wouldn’t have realized the desert floor was textured to look so real. Great subtle EF!
Thank you for your prayers and for taking the time to make this and send it to me.
