Have you all seen the latest addition to the Sunshine Station? They're looking for Valentine's Day cards for the oldest living Marine, a 104 year old WWII vet. Today's two challenges combined perfectly for that purpose. I printed out this Stamplorations digi that says You Are Loved and then used the front of an old sympathy card as the frame around the image. For the MIX challenge, I stamped a bunch of uplifting and encouraging quotes around the frame. I colored the cupcake and rose and masked them to sponge and stecil the background. Added in some eoesplattere with a black marker. Then for my bonus points for Robin's challenge, I used the TLC106 frayed ribbon technique and tied a ribbon around the card. This was really fun to make and I hope Major Bill likes it.
