I immediately thought about my Wire Works from Stampin Up; I knew I still had some. I looked in my Thanksgiving box and found this panel left over from another project. If memory serves me right, I had applied ink to the stamps, spritzed with water and then stamped on watercolor paper. After it was dry, I partially stamped the background at the bottom and the sentiment.
Today, I ripped the bottom edged, stamped splatters, sponged and attached a mulberry paper strip at the bottom. After I used the Subtles EF on the card base, I attached the panel at the top and set two eyelets. I ran a piece of wire works copper wire (purple color) through the eyelets, added an awesome bead I found in my stash, twisted the wire ends together, and used a bamboo stick to create some curls.
Thanks Lisa for the challenge & inspiration! Thanks all for looking!
