This is for Barbara's beautiful Color Challenge: Cherry Cobbler, Garden Green, Gold and stars for dessert. I am enjoying being a Guest Designer this month, especially with the bonus theme of Christmas in July. For my card, I have some Christmas DSP with the exact red & green for the challenge. The patterns reminded me of a cozy Christmas quilt. I have not used my Quilt Builder dies in such a long time. I learned the hard way that the trick is to use an adhesive sheet for all those little pieces. By cutting from two patterned papers, I had enough pieces to make two paper quilts blocks. The white panel was embossed with the Quilt Top folder. For the gold color, I heat embossed the sentiment and a tiny star in gold. The star was die-cut and put in the middle of the quilt block. I stamped two more stars by the sentiment for the dessert. Super fun card to put together. Thanks Barbara! Thank you for looking.
I hope you have fun with the colors. Looking forward to seeing what you create!

Two great cards, Diane! I love that you were able to swap out the pieces and produce two cards. What a great idea. I love the whole design, the quilts, the gold greeting and of course, the stars! Just wow!

I do not have that exact die but, I just run pieces of scotch tape on the backside to embedded the bits and piece's into. but, your idea of a solid sheet sounds brilliant. I love these quilts in this colorcombo
