This card is going to JoAnn for the teapotters this week. Using a digi from Chrissy Armstrong who is donating the proceeds to Make a wish foundation, in honor of her brother Ray. You can find the details here. http://crissysartnheart.blogspot.com/ scroll down a little bit. Made a card for Ray today too.
Anita asked us to use a recipe that we could use for inspiration. My recipe is for black bottom cupcakes-the color of the penquin. It was my kid's favorite cupcake when growing up. It's difficult to have the right words for these cards, but just sending someone one lets them know we care. TFL

Awww, this is so adorable and conveys heartfelt compassion and understanding too. I just love this sad little penguin that represents your totally yummy black forest muffins. For me, it is the flowers in the chemo bag that are so great. I used to picture Ms. Pac man being the chemo going in and chomping the cancer away. Flowers convey the same message beautifully. Hugs! ~Karen.

Thank you so much for making a card for JoAnn. She has had a few days where she has felt like this little guy looks. She will love this penguin! I saw something about these stamps on an email not long ago. I will have to go take a look at them. there are so many we can use these cards for.

I agree, it's always hard to know what to say but hopefully the card lets them know we care and are thinking about them regardless. This image is a cute one even though it represents something so horrible. And I'm intrigued about these black bottom cupcakes.

I would love one of those cupcakes, I think. I have not heard of that kind before. Your penguin is adorable. And what a nice thing to put the flowers on the I.V. bag. Love the polka dotted paper with the hot pink!(Thank you for your wonderful comments on my card. You made me smile).
