This dp is one I've had for a long time and have been saving it cuz it's a fav...I'm using it for today's challenge because of the golden color. We were to be inspired by a recipe and I chose my grandma's caramel frosting. She would make a yellow cake and then frost it with this totally yummy frosting made mostly from brown sugar and butter....you had to boil it for several minutes to make it thicker. When it sets it's almost the consistency of a fudge...anyway that was what I thought of when I made this card. It's going out to JoAnn, sister of Pat (pvilbaum)...I hope it brings her some cheer.

Wow, Polly your card is a 12 on a scale of 1 - 10!! Such exquisite coloring of that delightful garden image, and the precious dsp and filigree frame make your card such a special one for JoAnn. I've not had the type of cake and frosting your Grandma made but boy, I would delight in every bite, if given the chance!!
