I made this card for Tuesday Teapot Challenge: "Wide Open Range" for Sandy who broke both her feet. Her husband has taken leave to help her. Since, they are both artists and love the Southwest and horses, I created this card for them.
I have had a Tim Holtz Alcohol ink kit for a long time and have never made anything with it. I decided to try to make a background of bright colors that reminded me of the Arizona skies. I made 9 panels, some worked and some didn't. I like this one best. It reminded me of a rearing horse stirring up dust in the sunset. (That's the way my mind works.) So I stamped the horse with VersaMark and embossed it with black ep. I stamped the "Wishing You Well" in upper corner, adding a tiny gold heart above it. I added a strip on right with 3 gold stars. Layered it all on black and then onto red card.

Wowza that is one amazing BG and love the silhouette horse too. I am sure Sandy and Dave will just love getting this terrific card in the mail. Thank you so much for playing along.
