Our theme today is to bring our own cup....I used an image from a new stamp (Thanks Jacqueline) , colored it with copics and added some backing layers. I love doilies so there's that and one of my favorite trims is some paper lace that I have. Note: the plate in my picture is actually one that my grandma painted probably 100 years ago. Painting china was a popular hobby that women did at that time...I know it was before she was married as her initials on the back were using her maiden name. It's lovely, isn't it?

What a gorgeous card, Polly! I love this sweet teacup filled with flowers and your amazing coloring! And what a stunning layout with the DP and doily....and how beautifully staged it is with the lovely plate. A dear friend of ours in church who is no longer with us used to do exquisite painting on china. Oh my, her work was amazing and could be in a museum. What a special gift, my friend! Hugs and love! xoxo
