This is for a couple of Christmas card challenges and for today's color challenge (Crumb Cake, Old Olive and Cherry Cobbler). I pulled out some of this gorgeous velvet paper that SU used to carry many years ago to go with my vintage image; I am hoarding it! I cut the word twice, sponged it and offset the layers to add a bit of dimension. TFL

That velvet paper is just beautiful, Claudia! I like the way you added 2 rows of lace and the Merry at an angle to take up some of the red space~A bit of nostalgia....very fun!

Wonderful and colorful vintage Santa card...love the color scheme to meet the color challenge, the double lace bands and brown on tan stamping! Lovely background dsp!
