I have a few favorite card themes, do you? Birds on branches are one of my favorites. Funny thing I don't end up creating many cards with my favorite themes so I was pretty excited to get this die!
I am celebrating Marge Yoon with this card. She is our Featured Stamper this week. Julie titled the FS post, "One Look and you'll Swoon" which is totally true. I am a HUGE fan! Congrats Marge! I hope you enjoy your week as Featured Stamper! I found THIS beautiful card. Our cards share leaves, the color green and a die cut sentiment in common.
I am also playing along with this week's CAS challenge: COLD (we have to use the letters but we don't have to create a winter card) It's COLD here so I naturally want to warm up by creating a spring card.
C - Curvy Framing
O - Ocean Green
L - Leaves
D - Die Cuts
This was so easy to put together! I chose a Nail Polish background I had created for a DTGD challenge and die cut my bird and branches. I added an IO framing die and a greeting from the Greeting Set. I love the fonts on these greetings. They make me think of icing lettering on a cake! I placed everything on a black background which makes the bird on branches really pop.

Fabulous card from your color inspiration from Marge's card! Love your greens against the black...they just pop right off the page. Beautiful, Angie! (I see you even got just a tad bit of pink into one of the leaves!...smiling!)
