Thank goodness for SCS! My nephew is turning 22 and I'm bringing him out to a concert tonight to celebrate his birthday. We're going to see Panic at the Disco. I have no idea what they sing, but I got him tickets for my company's suite at the concert, so I have to go. I was totally stumped for what to make for his card, but this birdhouse helped me decide. Curtis always liked owls and music. So I found this owl humor on Pinterest (inside says: you're only getting wiser) and went with the music theme of the birdhouse. Perfect, since we're going to a concert together. And because the name of the band is "Panic at the Disco" I cut a sparkly silver circle to be a disco ball. Bonus--it doubles as a sparkly silver moon for the owl. Yay!

Oh my goodness, this is SO fun! Love the little owl and fun greeting. You have interpreted the black and white and musical theme of the piano bird house wonderfully!
