The TLC724 challenge is to do a card with monochrome stamping/coloring. I did this card in black and white - it makes coloring this image super easy. I painted the sky black, then decided to add a moon. I got my white water color dirty trying to get the moon painted so I used some of it to color up some of the buildings and a bit of the snow. Then I sponged on some black ink around the edges.
I love how this changed up this image and made it easier to convert from Christmas to Valentines Day.
Many hugz

Wow! This is gorgeous! I love that midnight sky. I am such a fan of white and black! If I could I would rarely color! LOL I love to color but it's white and black lines that speak to me! Weird? Sort of.

Great scene Nancy, one has to remember that Valentines is in the middle of winter.... I remember because many years ago I learned to use a snow thrower during 3 foot of snow on Feb 14th 2007. I had to come look after seeing your card today

Ah, Nancy...fabulous!!! Love the dimensional depth with your staircase to the moon and back! The monochromatic b&w with a wee bit of sepia thrown in is marvelous! (That's what you get with dirty paint...lol...a happy mistake??)
