Today's WT: Make a mess by splattering.
Alphabet Challenge: Letter S: Snow, Sympathy
It's snowing for the first time in my little neck of the woods, so I may have some real snow on this card!
Oh boy, did I ever make a splatter mess! Not sure how I got splatters all over my hands...I thought they went downward on the cs not upward on me, but that's what happened. Lol After making an oval & snow mask, I started by sponging the lightest shade of blue and gradually used the darker colors. Used the other part of snow mask and sponged on some slate to the bottom. Stamped the tree image in black and used the paint brush with watered down acrylic to lighten the snow line and tree lines and make a path. Added the sentiment and popped up the navy panel over the cb. Thanks for stopping by! ~Roberta

Gorgeous! You make it sound so easy. I have all of these materials, but I bet my card would never look as beautiful as yours. I'm going to CASE and give it a go, but...oh well, here's hoping...

what is really bad about splatters is when they get on your eye glasses and you don't realize it until they dry and then they are hard to get off. i speak from experience. your card is so beautiful and calm. how did you ever get such tiny splatters??
