Really CAS card today. I wasn't sure what to do when I got to the inspiration site, so I did what I would do in real life--head straight to the clearance. I was inspired by this sweater. I thought it would make a pretty sympathy card of leaves falling across the card. I stamped them a few times each to get the light shadows. And then just finished with a thin black mat and a simple sentiment. It was hard for me to keep it so CAS, but I managed to stop myself from going overboard adding things. I like it just the way it is. I'm having serious card stash issues. I've had so many birthdays/weddings/graduations that I haven't been able to replenish my stash. Today I'm finally doing that.
You are so fun, head to the clearance! Me too! Thankfully I have taught that tip to my daughter who is a thrifty fashionista! You totally captured your inspiration photo! Your leaves are gorgeous!

Wow, Jen, what a perfect card for the sweater you chose! I giggled about going right to clearance -- right on! Hehe! Truly, your card is perfect, and I'm only sorry that we need more of these than we card to have. I've been working on replenishing my stash too. Hard to keep up! But I love this card and know that it will be of comfort! Hugs, sweet friend! xoxo
