Brusho/alcohol inked watercolor background paper in the sea colors as one of the layers, stamped images in distress oxide inks, ran through Big Shot with small bubbles folder. Added some Nuvo Moonstone glitter paste with larger bubbles stencil.

Joanne, what a pretty mermaid card. I love the glittered bubbles. You finished it in a great way with the cording, twine, and pearls.
