Lovely CAS challenge! I love poppies & my card is made up of a lot of leftovers so it went pretty fast. The poppies were die cut out of leftover watercolor bg, the Smile & brick bg were die cut out of leftover strips. I think the only new piece was the white linen bg. I used a semi-circle die (Blueprints 21) to cut out the frame around the poppy & added a few stamped & die cut sequin images.
Thanks so much for looking. It's on my blog w/ closeups & the inside: The Write Stuff

Julie, I love this beautiful design. I am fascinated with the semicircle of holes!! Your poppies supply that wonderful pop of color too!

Julie, what a gorgeous card, and I LOVE your poppies! Beautiful watercolor "scraps" to make this card! I love your layout with the cover plate and really love the "sequins" die! Beautifully done, as always, my friend! Hugs!

Those hot coloured poppies look amazing against the black and white background! I really like the 'halo' part circle of die cut dots surrounding them! This is a beautifully balanced design! Gorgeous!
