With the Encore ink pad, gold was swiped over the corrugated paper and around the teal edges. The hibiscus was watercolored, cut out and raised on foam.

The gold swiped around the edges really chimes well with the slightly rustic look of the corrugated card. Beautiful, Sallie - those colours are such a treat to see on a dull day. Amazing colouring, too - the hibiscus stamen almost looks 3D.

Ooh, that hibiscus is colored so beautifully and I love the vibrant teal backdrop for that lovely pink! The gold ink dragged across your crimped panel adds a great touch.
