On a piece of cs the same size as my card, I stamped the flowers and leaves (2 step stamping) in a diagonal across my cs, masking as I went. I fussy cut the outside edge of my flowers only - leaving the top of the panel and a side intact. I stamped the sentiment on my card front, popped up the flower panel, and added sequins. The popped up portion of the card gives it such added interest, I love the effect.
