This is for the colour challenge today. My colours are as close as I could get. I did the wash on the background, splattered with white paint, added the watercoloured die cut blooming flower with foam tape. Stamped the sentiment in cobalt blue, die cut with the fishtail labels and attached with foam tape. Added a few sequins to finish.

You are the queen of watercolor both your backgrounds and your images...this beautiful blue wc bg is perfect with your lovely blooms! I, too, love your Deckled Rectangles...a set I have owned for years...I use it often on masculine cards, but it is perfect for feminine, I see, as well!
