This journal page is for Sabrina's fun technique challenge using paper towel. Plan A went to pot (copy paper adhered to kitchen paper towel is NOT a good fit).
Plan B is Sabrina's suggestion, to just use a portion of the paper towel. Hmmmm perhaps not this small amount, hope this still qualifies for the challenge.
This is one of the first digi stamps I purchased several years ago. She is coloured with Prismacolour pencils and Zest-it pencil blend. Her skirt has a Copic marker coloured over the top of the pencils.
Warning: Red pencils seem waxier than all the other colours, if you use a Copic marker on top of the red, your marker will need a jolly good clean.
The fussy cutting is a bit dodgy. She was originally adhered to paper towel so I had to pluck fluffy bits of towel away after I trimmed her.
I didn't do a backing panel, she has been glued straight onto a journal page, added doodled border and adhered some strips of the paper towel to look like sea-weedy sort of stuff.
Thank you for looking, I hope you have a happy, inky week.

WONDERFUL red siren...she's a beauty with gorgeous coloring...love her against black! Love the white doodling, the pearls along her skirt back and the paper towel seaweed!
