If you have ever been on a sailboat of any size, you will understand why I chose this as my PEACE card. You motor out into the bay, raise the sails, and cut the motor and magically, all stress and strife just melt away. Total peace. Good for your soul. And to do it at sunset--indescribable.
1. Punch your "sun" with the circle punch and save. Use the negative space to sponge on yellow and orange colors. Cover the sponged area with the reserved circle.
2. Form your horizon line with a sticky note below the sky area. Brush on colors. For more detailed coverage squeeze the bristles close to the tips and brush
3. Cover the sky with a sticky note and tear edges from another sticky note to use as a mask moving down from the horizon line to form white caps with marina mist or blue color. You can achieve this look by masking above and below the "wave."
3. Stamp image. Stamp sentiment.
4. Stamp and die cut wave and pop up on foam dots.

Jean, what fabulous sponging and great instructions too, thank you! I've never been on a sailing boat, but we've taken little cruisers on the Shannon and Erne here, so I know how relaxing and peaceful it is on board. And your die-cut waves are beautiful!

This is a beautiful card! And I agree that sailing is a most peaceful experience. And dolphins playing in the wake is just icing on the cake. (accidental rhyme there.) Beautiful job on the sunset and sea.
