F4A390 See the Light, and MIX237 Text Appeal. I was thrilled to see today's two challenges, one because I just bought my Spellbinder sun die, and two, because I love mixed media and own several vintage falling apart books. So I threw everything I had into this card.
I used several blue and green distress ink shades with blender tool across the white cs, not trying to be neat at all. Then I smeared white gesso in various messy spots and also all over my fingers. I put a very old very fragile book page at the bottom. The flowers were light pink but I rubbed two distress shades in brighter pinks on to brighten them up, splattered flamingo alcohol ink on them and also my craft table, and painted them with SN Sparkle Brush. Green gems make the centers. I stamped a row of birds in black across the top. The sun die cut is two distress shades in yellow. The sentiment is from a Tim Holtz conversation sticker pad, and the little pink butterfly is the Paper Studio. This was great fun, and very much like a little girl playing in the mud and making mud castles for all her toys! Thanks for the marvelous challenges! TFL

Love your mixed elements for your card...some with a definite vintage flair, others more abstract, and some with a real-life feel! All your elements work so well to make a GREAT card!
