Fabulous inspiration site this week - I am so drawn in by color, and I loved the color combo in this image here.
I wanted to try my new oxide inks and my glass bead gel again - the gel gives such great texture AND sparkle! Sponged my strip of cs with the chosen DI oxide colors and then laid my stencil over top and spread the glass bead gel. Using a palette knife, I spread it evenly and then washed my stencil and knife before it dried. Let this dry.
Embossed, die cut, and sponged my butterfly, die cut the leaf flourish and tag, embossed the sentiment on black cs and assembled all with dimensional tape, a few enamel dots, ribbon and floss.

What yummy colors, Maura! Love the way you blended the inks together and I have never heard of glass bead gel. The texture is awesome. Your white embossing powder on the butterfly is a great way to subtly carry the texture throughout your card.
