Sabrina (Cook22) hosted the Ways To Use It Challenge this week, and she wanted us to use strips of paper on our cards. This is my submission to the challenge.
To create the card, I cut a 3-3/4" x 5" piece of white card stock and scored it diagonally. Hopefully you can see the score lines. Then I cut 1/8" strips of paper and attached them diagonally to the scored piece in a weaved method.
I used HC stamps and dies to create the floral images, colored them with copics (except the white ones), and attached to the scored and stripped piece after I added a green piece of ribbon. I added prills to the center of the flowers and a HC sentiment from a paper collection.
Thanks so much for your comments!
Bev

Great idea to use the thin strips to make a trellis (or were they meant to be diagonal window muntins? either way, the idea is brilliant.) That, combined with your gorgeous flowers, makes for one outstanding card.
