Today's Color Challenge is gold, green, and white. The dessert option is St Patrick's Day but I don't need any St Pat's cards so I went with a Christmas card as the colours are perfect for it.
This is a variation on a card I made last year, but I made it much more gold in tone this time and added the gold die cut Christmas stars.
I sponged with various dark yellows and yellow-browns to get a gold-ish background. I stamped the trees in green (not quite an emerald green but the closest I have). The white comes in with the card base and the chunky white Frantage embossing enamel that I sprinkled over the card and heated from the underside.
The Frantage looks exactly like the large flakes of snow drifting down outside my window today!

Outstanding take on the color challenge. Love your design, the falling snow and the gorgeous background. The sentiment stamp is perfect for this one. I like how the letters are tilted back and forth. Well done! TFS

Susan, I love that you took these St. Pat's-ish colors and made a stunning Christmas card! I'm gonna remember how great a Christmas card these colors can make: Thanks!
