To make this card, I stamped the stained glass image called "Candles of Christmas" from A Jillian Vance Design with Memento Tuxedo dye ink onto X-Press It cardstock. I colored the image with Copic markers.
I then applied Versamark ink onto my image and sprinkled UTEE (ultra thick embossing enamel) over the entire image. I applied heat with the heat gun. I repeated this process three times to get the desired thickness of enamel.
I placed the image onto a piece of Basic Grey patterned paper and framed it with kraft cardstock.
