Just got these new birch tree stamps from Penny Black, so I just had make a snow scene! On a separate panel, I masked for the birch trees, snowdrifts and moon, sponging, stamping, and adding/moving masks as I went. After removing all masks, I stamped the sentiment and sponged more around the edges of the panel to frame the image a bit. Then I splattered some diluted white acrylic paint. This also fits our CAS402 challenge of showing some light (my moon is glowing big time!)

OH this is an amazing forest scene! Love the full moon and those evening colors! So glad you were inspired this week's Trees Challenge at Cupcake Inspirations!

This is stunning. I love the coloring and shading. I'm always hesitant to use color on a snow scene, but the depth of color on your card is what makes it so beautiful. TFS. Daria
