For my sky I sprayed distress stain in gold and let that dry. I then used crumpled up deli paper and added some texture with white acrylic paint. After that was dry I added the die cuts and highlighted with some platinum stickles. That's about it....another Christmas card for my stash!

I opened this to comment on last night, and then DH arrived to watch a film with me. I'm amazed at the beautiful soft snowy effect you got with your crumpled paper. It's sort of wispy looking, I think I'd like to try it on soft blue for a cloudy sky. And the snowflakes are fabulous.
